Falia Reviews the Crosstac Lightning Belt

A couple weeks ago Falia Photography posted another good video review. This one covered the “Lightning Belt” from Crosstac. I have seen Crosstac belts for females on the range before (such as with the Sure Shots) but have not yet had the chance to have one of our writers review it. Falia's video will definitely serve to educate you in the meantime.

The Crosstac Lightning Belt (retail $64.99) is available for both men and women and comes in a number of colors – you can go tactical in black or OD, coyote brown, metrotactical in purple or turquoise or just straight fabulous in neon pink. For men's belts go here: Crosstac men's belts.

In all seriousness though, I've heard a lot of good things about the Crosstac belts and I think they're worth a look. They have two concealed pockets on the inside, one of which will hold money (located in the rear, below the small of the back), the other capable of concealing a small knife (they were actually designed to hold a SOG Micron). They're 1.25″ wide with a Cobra buckle in silver or black and each has a poly liner to stiffen the belt so it won't “taco” under a load. All are made in the USA.

As with most of her videos, this is thorough – at 10 minutes possibly too thorough for some. In fairness the females I sent the link to all advised it was worth sitting through. I am assuming the difference between that response and the males who got bored and quit watching is a gender issue (no smart-assery intended – this time). She spends approximately the first 7 minutes discussing belt features. At 6:44 she begins talking about how it impacts everyday and concealed carry, which for many female shooters will be worth watching by itself.
