[SHOT Show 2017] New Coast Lights Revealed

If you’re searching lumens during SHOT Show, you might want to head over to the Coast Booth, # 15120. They’ll be there through Friday and they have some new products they want to show off.

Here’s what they tell us about the new lights.

1. HP314R Rechargeable LED Flashlight

The new dual-powered HP314R is innovative, with multiple recharging capabilities and includes COAST's exclusive Flex Charge Dual Power Rechargeable System – including the Pro-Tek Charging Port – with a tail cap that pops up to reveal a micro USB port the charging cable plugs into. The HP314R also includes a USB out port, which allows the recharging of other devices that use USB cords via the battery pack. The focused spot beam distance is maximized at 2,762 feet (842 meters) with alkaline battery usage. It allows users to select between high, strobe, or low output settings.

2. POLYSTEEL 600R Rechargeable Flashlight

The remarkable and rugged POLYSTEEL 600R projects a beam distance of up to 810 feet (247 meters). It also features COAST's patented Pure Beam Optics System – with advanced, proprietary technology that produces a pure, bright consistency across the entire beam; whether it is in Bulls-Eye Spot mode or Ultra View Flood Beam mode. Dual powered, the POLYSTEEL 600R includes the high-quality lithium rechargeable battery pack, and standard alkaline batteries can also power the light. Virtually indestructible, the POLYSTEEL 600R is waterproof, crush proof, and drop proof. This versatile flashlight is available in black, blue, green, red and orange.

3. FL75R Rechargeable Headlamp

Offering up to 530 lumens, the rechargeable FL75R LED headlamp combines focusing, red and white dual-color beams with COAST's industry-leading optical technology and a compact size. The FL75R includes a high-quality lithium rechargeable battery pack and standard alkaline batteries. The lithium battery can be charged inside the headlamp, or outside. The FL75R projects a clear, bright light up to 511 feet (156 meters) away and has high, medium, and low output modes to choose between maximum brightness or to conserve battery life. It is available in black, blue, green, red and orange.

What is the NSSF SHOT Show?

The NSSF SHOT Show (Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade Show) and Conference is an annual event held by the National Shooting Sports Foundation. Typically attended by thousands of people from all 50 states and over a hundred countries, it is (quite rightfully) described as the “…world's premier exposition of combined firearms, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, and related products and services.
Imagine the Worlds' Fair, but packed with everything from mini-guns and every breed of body armor, bows and boots; from eye pro and ear pro to optics and ordnance, socks to swords…you get the idea.
