You read that right, and we're just as surprised as the rest of you–Maxim Defense, purveyors of PDW stocks and braces has broken into the rifle market. And of course, it's with some shorties. Most compelling to us is that the Maxim PDX will be available in 7.62×39, a caliber exceedingly hard to make run in an AR format and with the further difficulty of making it a stubby.
