Fix It Sticks

Over the next few weeks you will be inundated with all of the coverage of SHOT Show.  Some of it before the show will be news of products being launched or where to find the booth if you are at the show.  We are going to try to cover news from the big guys as well as seeking out the newcomers and little guys who might have something awesome to offer.  We have covered Fix It Sticks in the past here and wanted to give you guys a small update and let you know where to find them.

The Fix It Sticks can come separately or as a kit. The kit includes a couple torque limiters, 1/2″ socket and 1/4″ bit adapter, and a pouch from Tactical Tailor.

Proper torque is important when setting up your rifles.  It becomes increasingly important on your precision rifles the further you push them.  Torquing your action screws appropriately can tighten your groups up noticeably.  Your scope rail, the way it mounts to the rail and the rings all have specs for torque too.  Nothing is more frustrating then chasing a zero because your mount got loose and you didn't know.

The T-Handle comes apart to pack smaller. One bar can be used where space is limited too.

The kit is a great deal.  Its cheaper then buying all the parts separately and you get a Tactical Tailor pouch with it. The torque limiters are currently available in 65, 45, 25, and 15 inch lbs with 49 inch lbs (for Accuracy International) and 70 and 80 inch lbs (for Desert Tech) coming in early 2016.  Most people don't own or need a full torque wrench in inch pounds at there disposal and this makes an affordable multi purpose option for those people.
