A great Friday drop from Aero Precision is the announcement of their PISTOL line! Built on the same Solus Short Action as their rifles, these will be sold as pistols with short barrels and a special 7.5” Solus Competiton Chassis with a 1913 Picatinny rail rear with no stock or brace.

Add your pistol brace with 1913 connection of choice and hit the range.

The 7.5” Solus Competiton chassis has the same features as the larger models, just with a shorter forend. AICS and AIWIW magazine compatible, tagless AR15 pistol grip, built-in ARCA rail on the bottom with M-LOK connections on the 3, 6, and 9-o’clock. 

300 BLK, 8.6 BLK, .223 Wylde, .308 WIN, and 6.5 Creedmoor all in either 8”, 10.5”, or 12”. Available colors are Black, FDE, Bazooka Green, Black Cherry, SOCOM Blue, RAL8000, Copper Suede, and Tungsten.

We’ve reviewed the Solus rifle and were really impressed with it. The new pistol options add a lot of new flavors to the lineup. 

MSRP is $1,899 for the pistols in all calibers and colors. SB Tactical FS1913A brace is $200. 

Pistols are expected to ship in August 2024.
