Activision the video game publisher behind the Call of Duty franchise launched the Call of Duty Endowment non-profit public benefit corporation in October 2009. The Endowment helps soldiers transition to civilian careers following their military service. They have recently announced a new way to get involved with the Call of Duty Endowment dog tags. The dog tags will cost $4.99, with proceeds going to the Endowment, and they will be available to purchase from over 12,000 stores across the US including GameStop, Walmart, Toys R Us, Best Buy and Target. Call of Duty Endowment Mission: Our mission is to create a national campaign that will assist those organizations that provide our former service members with job placement, training and educational services in their post military careers. We will strive to show America how the private sector can mobilize and reward our proud veterans with employment. Our goal is to raise millions of dollars through an initial donation by Activision Blizzard, which will be supplemented by additional donations from the corporate world and the generosity of everyday civilians. www.callofdutyendowment.org Why you can trust RECOIL Since our founding in 2012, RECOIL remains the premier firearms lifestyle publication for the modern shooting enthusiast.
