SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range has announced that Yeti has been replaced as cooler sponsor by Pelican Products for the 2019 event. The announcement comes after a recent dustup between the National Rifle Association and Yeti over a change in the discount program that the NRA was purchasing Yeti products through. Pelican stepping into the cooler sponsorship role for Industry Day at the Range is not much of a surprise given how interwoven Pelican has become with the shooting industry over the last several decades. Range Day attendees will find Pelican coolers filled with water bottles provided by Media Lodge to ensure that they stay hydrated. Industry Day at the Range's press release is below: LAS VEGAS, N.V. –– Industry Day at the Range, the largest and most influential one-day trade event in the hunting and shooting sports industry, has announced that Pelican Products, Inc. will be the new Cooler Sponsor for 2019. Pelican Elite coolers will be located across the premises so that attendees can obtain water bottles (sponsored by Media Lodge) throughout the day.
