This Veterans Day, get out and do some work to improve your skills. MDFI (the Michigan Defensive Institute) will be holding their YSINTG (You Suck Its Not The Gun) at the Caledonia Sportsman's Club in Alto, Michigan. All proceeds will go to the Brian Terry Foundation, to honor the memory of murdered USBP Agent Brian Terry and to continue the fight to obtain answers about Operation Fast & Furious. Even the range fees will be donated, courtesy of the facility. YSINTG is an MDFI core course and, judging by what we can glean from social media, one of the most often talked about. Go get your learn on, and help the ongoing effort to support the Brian Terry Foundation. MDFI head honcho Erik “Trek” Utrecht and his cohorts have raised over one hundred thousand dollars in the last two years. Might as well help push him toward the second hundred thousand. You can enroll here, or hit the Facebook event page here. Earn yourself one of these. You Suck It's Not The Gun Brian Terry Foundation Fundraiser Says MDFI, In the past 3 years, MDFI is proud to have been part of a collective effort in the firearms and training industry that has raised over $100,000 for the Brian Terry Foundation. This year, Trek is taking a break from the craziness that is SHOT Show and home to the Danger Zone fundraisers of year's past, but not from helping out a very important charity. This November, join MDFI as we hold a special, “You Suck! It's Not The Gun!” class to benefit the Brian Terry Foundation. With your help, we can get the answers Brian's family and all of America deserve. Here's how MDFI describes the course itself; YSINTG | You Suck! It’s Not the Gun! is our core firearms class. Developed after witnessing scores of shooters blaming their pistol sights for missing their intended targets, YSINTG shows how focusing on and practicing the core fundamentals of shooting will greatly improve the marksmanship of any shooter regardless of skill level This class takes pistol shooting back to the basics. In an attempt to focus on the defensive use of a handgun, many classes do not focus a great deal of time on the ability to place a bullet precisely where the shooter wants it to go. This class is aimed at fixing that. After this class, most students show drastic improvement in their pistol shooting accuracy. This is a great class for new shooters or experienced shooters that need to go back and refresh on the fundamentals. “YSINTG” is one of our most popular courses, and it the course most repeated by our students! From MDFI, 09 OCT 16: Two years later to the day and with your help, we have helped raise over $100,000 for the Brian Terry Foundation. With such an amazing showing by so many involved with a great cause, it is important to note that to this day since December of 2010, not a SINGLE member of our government has been held accountable for OPERATION: FAST AND FURIOUS that directly played a part in the murder of USPB Agent Brian Terry and untold others. This year, our fundraising continues. Even if you cant participate with MDFI, take a moment to visit honorBrianTerry.com and support them if you can.
