CANCON Arizona 2024 Preview

Now going into its second complete year, we are expanding CANCON to bring the best in suppressed shooting entertainment to consumers, and a dynamic content production opportunity to vendors.

Not only are there two complete days of fully-suppressed shooting (plus a third early access day exclusively for VIP ticket holders) but we’ve added events and opportunities within the larger CANCON weekend for attendees and sponsors alike!

FOR ATTENDEES:

Some HUGE news for this year's CANCON — CANiK will have the TTI Combat available for the public to try! This is the FIRST time that it will be available as the official release is the week after CANCON. The TTI Combat is a collaboration between CANiK and Taran Butler to build the ultimate striker-fired polymer handgun.

Ported barrel, compensator, magwell, 2 magazines, holster, hard case, and a lot more in this wicked cool pistol.

Best of all? CANiK will be giving one of the TTI Combats away! For your chance to win, you'll have to come down to CANCON!

Some more can't-miss guns will be from The HUB gun store with their M249 in 300 BLK and an M60 — both of them suppressed!

FN is excited to bring out their Rush 9Ti and of course the 502 and 509 Tactical will be there.

PROS Vs. JOES

The Pros vs Joes competition series pits randomly selected members of the crowd against industry professionals including competitive shooters, brand representatives, and RECOIL’s own editorial staff. The challenges are blind—you won’t know the rules, stages, or guns until you step up to the line—and participants are chosen from the crowd at the time of the competition. (No sign-ups available!)

The rules are simple: if you beat our pro at the assigned challenge, you win a prize. If you lose to our pro, you will go up against a fellow volunteer from the crowd in a winner-takes-all redemption round. Either way, one lucky attendee is going home with some free gear.

To top it all off, our professional video production team will film the entire match, and post it on RECOILtv and YouTube after the event for the world to see!

FOR VENDORS:

Our brand new for 2024 Run-N-Gun TV series is an industry-only competitive event where each sponsor company puts their best shooter forward in a custom-tailored time challenge. The targets, distances, and stage plan are unknown. There are no divisions for equipment or skill level.

No penalties for misses and no points-based scoring. This is a no-holds-barred, bare-knuckle-brawl shooting match where the only thing that matters is hitting all the targets in the shortest time. All heats will be filmed by our video content team to be produced into a wholly unique episode of the series, complete with graphic overlays, sportscast commentary, real-time leaderboard, participant interviews, and rundowns on the guns being used.

We launched this series at CANCON Georgia in November of 2023, but we will be filming Run-N-Gun episodes at ranges across the country throughout the year. Reach out to a member of our campaign management team to get your brand on the board!

Our next CANCON event will be at Ben Avery Shooting facility near Phoenix, AZ on April 19th & 20th (9AM – 4 PM each day). General admission is $50 to shoot suppressed all day – ammunition and firearms provided! There will also be dozens of vendors and manufacturers set up on the range offering deals and discounts.
