MilSpec Monkey’s Hoodie “Polar1”

MilSpec Monkey advises he designed his new hoodie to provide the features you'd expect of a tactical/outdoors oriented garment without being too ‘tacticalloud'…tacticloud? Tactiloud? It's manufactured of PolarTec Thermal Pro material because of it's excellent ratio of heat retention to weight and because it doesn't pill up the way many fabrics are wont to do. It's also impressively water resistant for something that isn't membrane based.

There's a 4×4 Velcro hook & loop field below the shoulders for the now ubiquitous morale patches so many people wear, and the front features pockets to either side of a full frontal YKK zipper. MSM says the sizes run true to form for standard American sizes and ten to “run a little loose”. They are currently offered in black and “dusty brown” – the latter apparently having a slightly more greenish hue than the other MSM shirts. An OD option is coming soon.
